These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://onlyfansagency.space (the “Site”) operated by Signed (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What we are
Signed is an independent platform that introduces creators to third-party OnlyFans management agencies. We are not an agency, we do not manage accounts ourselves, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. “OnlyFans” is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe the services the agencies provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using it you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
3. How matching works
When you submit an application, we review it and may introduce you to one or more management agencies that we believe fit your goals. You are under no obligation to engage any agency, and any decision to work with an agency is entirely yours.
4. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any earnings, growth, results, or that you will be matched with any agency. Statements on the Site are illustrative and not a promise of outcomes. Anyone guaranteeing specific income should not be trusted.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information in your application;
- Use the Site lawfully and only for your own genuine enquiry;
- Not submit anyone else's data without their permission.
6. Relationship with agencies
Any agreement you enter into with an agency is strictly between you and that agency. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the conduct, services, fees, contracts or results of any agency. We screen agencies against our standards, but you are responsible for your own due diligence before signing anything.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, its content and branding are owned by Signed or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any agency you engage through it.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Signed harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Site is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
