This Privacy Policy explains how Signed (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use https://onlyfansagency.space (the “Site”) and submit an application through it. We are an independent platform that matches creators with third-party management agencies; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited.

We collect the information you choose to provide in the application form:

  • Your name or nickname;
  • Your messaging handle (Telegram / WhatsApp);
  • Whether you already have an OnlyFans account and, optionally, a link to it;

We also automatically receive limited technical data that any website receives (such as IP address and basic request logs from our hosting provider) for security and to operate the Site.

  • To review your application and match you with suitable management agencies;
  • To contact you about those matches and respond to your enquiry;
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site;
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

We process your data based on your consent (which you give when submitting the form and which you may withdraw at any time) and on our legitimate interest in operating the matching service. Where we rely on consent, withdrawing it does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

  • Management agencies — we share your details only with agencies for the purpose of matching you. Your application is treated as your interest in being introduced to such agencies.
  • Service providers (processors) — we use third-party tools to receive and store applications, including a messaging service (Telegram) used to notify our team, and our hosting provider.
  • Legal — where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Age requirement

The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

We keep application data only as long as necessary to provide the matching service and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymize it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.
